Why Astronaut wear more than one watch?

Astronauts talked to Amanpour this morning at CNN live
When I watched CNN whilst Amanpour was talking to the UK and Russian Astronauts on board the ISS this morning. I noticed that The Russian Worn two watches… Why?
Well, there are a few time base they need to monitor on board ISS
Their sleeping time, Astronaut has difficult to sleep as they don't have the body clock as on Earth.
There is a MET( Mission Elapsed Time) shown on board, there is a need for them to know the local time (Houston) and the home time (Russia time) and may be more…
So one watch is not enough. They need two, sometimes three…
These are some of the watch Astronauts wear:
Omega Speedmaster Date,
IWC Portuguese Chronograph,
G-Shock GWM5600,
Rolex GMT IIc,
Breitling Navitimer,
Seiko 5,
Timex Ironman,
Times Datalink
Omega Seamaster GMT 2234.50
Omega X33
Clycine Airman Automatic
