Why Astronaut wear more than one watch?

   Astronauts talked to Amanpour this morning at CNN live
 
When I watched CNN whilst Amanpour was talking to the UK and Russian Astronauts on board the ISS this morning. I noticed that The Russian Worn two watches… Why?
Well, there are a few time base they need to monitor on board ISS
Their sleeping time, Astronaut has difficult to sleep as they don't have the body clock as on Earth.
There is a MET( Mission Elapsed Time) shown on board, there is a need for them to know the local time (Houston) and the home time (Russia time) and may be more…
So one watch is not enough. They need two, sometimes three…
