A good company truly values Human Resources, but a lousy one will try to suppress the older people by demanding more whilst paying less.

I always try to make my official work part time.

I don't afraid some of my colleagues tell my superior, it is OK as I am about time to retire and make my hobby a career.

And I believe now and next decade, Internet media and your personal contact is your most treasurable asset.

I always think when you get older, you are getter less popular in the eyes of the Boss? Don't agree? What is your last review percentage!?

If you are more than 10%, it is a blessing.

If it is 6% just OK.

Anything less than 4% is reflecting that either your value is below what you should be, or the company has to do something seriously and boldly.

Since the invention of Quartz watch in 1969, watches have

been changed too much to the extent that I cannot imagine.

Electronics watch are those watch running by a MPU (Micro-computer Chip) and powered by a battery cells or, solar Cell or a rechargeable battery built in. Or having some energy conversion device to change Kinetic energy into electricity to run the MPU.

That basic function of a watch (time telling device) built today to link up with your Mobile phone, the satellite, security system or household electronics control system.  Some of the watch even has a low freqnecy transducer to make you sleep better, (Philip Stern)

Some of the watch has already provide extra gadget such as health check, messager, music centre, GPS for positioning, Humidity, Altimeter, Barometer, Compass…Make Love Control Timer?

It is no longer a watch… it is an extension of a Mobile Device that was worn on your wrist,

In future, Watch has to face with a Big Challenge from the hand held mobile device, as a wearable device it needs to reform itself to create a new form of “Watch” or should we still call it “watch”?

Or Smart device, no more smart watch, if this electronics device still named a “watch” less buyer will consider it. Since everyone has a mobile and it carry a Watch already, why Should I buy another watch!

Many of the youth are no longer wearing watches nowadays. But they will put more money on his mobile phone.

Jillian Robredo, the daughter of late Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo, is now using her father's watch, which the well-loved public servant was wearing during his fatal crash of the small Piper Seneca into the sea in Aug 2012.

Despite the impact of the crash and being submerged in 55 meters of saltwater for nearly three days, the watch -- a Philippine-made Timex -- is still working, according to Robredo's wife Atty. Leni Robredo.

Timex is known for its water-resistant watches. Although watch labeled as “water-resistant,” a watch is usually not designed for long-term use in water-depths. But one that has the mark “diver’s” may withstand the corrosive effects of salt water.

Most Timex watches are made in the company's factory in Cebu.

Timex has about half a thousand workers in the Timex Cebu, they have been using the most advance bonding equipment from ASM… A World No. 1 Semiconductor equipment supplier with headquarters base in Singapore Yishun.

Fake Watch For Fake people

 

 

 

Why do people insist on buying fake knock offs of designer anything, especially Rolex? In my opinion, If I can't afford to buy it, then I'd rather buy something I can afford.

Honesty I cannot afford a hi end RM, I stay happily with a Rolex! Why not?!

If a guy wearing a fake Rolex, you just can't take him seriously.

If you cannot afford a Rolex why not wear a Timex!

We have seen a lot of super rich people wearing Fake Rolex, he says, no one will believe his watch is fake! I don't think so, Fake is Fake, no matter it is on Lee’s or Lau’s Wrist.

I have seen a lot of people wearing Timex with full confidence, at least my ex-boss was with an Iron Man, he who went everywhere to present for the company, rather than a man with a Fake Rolex but no one admires!
