This is purely an indication of ranking by their revenue, but look at the number of watches they make each year.

Then you know who is the best brands of all time...

In my understanding, the largest brand should be the contribution of these makers to the world, 

the history of the watch company, heritage, design innovation and workmanship, aesthetic value, long-term value and most of all, after sales support.
