My Most adorable Rolexes
These are some of my favourite models of Rolex designs from Rolex Catalogue.
From years wearing experience of Rolex, I think there is no single Rolex can let you wear every day, that has been one of the headache whenever I see new Rolex in Shops as I do not have a big pocket.
From the Rolex Catalogue, you can see an astonishing Daytona camouflaged in hundreds of diamond, to the simple Explorer I that is nice for a young lady or a college graduate on jeans, a Green Bezel Green Dial Submariner for a young sales executive, the new flower motif dial Lady Date Just is one of the best selected models for most of the women in HK, Singapore, Bangkok or Tokyo...
It does no matter anymore, so long if you had a Rolex, keep using it. If you want a new Rolex, go to buy one. If you are Rolex Collectors, that would be a problem… as it seems that money is never been enough, especially under such low economic situation when HIT is on strike, an increase of 4.8% for Electricity, bonus cut in the company* I am working that that breaks my dream to buying the Ice Blue Day Date!
I had no face to see the Rolex AD manager that I have to postpone the buy of the Ice Blue Day Date.
When you can still afford, or when you are given a new Rolex from you beloved one, or you get a fortune from the Casino of Hotel Lisboa, or if you get a year end bonus… Go to nearby Rolex AD and make a choice of your Rolex. Don't be regret to buy a new Rolex, only those who does not have money is going to be regret as we do not know when we can... including me...!
I wrote this article becasue of a pay-cut-Syndrome!!
In Chinese, I describe this to be
HK Snob
Pictures were taken by using a Samung Note II LTE Handphone on Rolex Catalogue 216.16.Ch HK-6.2012
Note*
When the company performance is good, the Executives would say that he has to keep reserve for the
rainy days, when the rainy comes, well, straight ahead goes pay cut! Honestly in companies of HK, we, being an employee would never enjoy the fruits!
肥上瘦下!
可以共患難,不可共富貴!
惟有男兒當自強!
Thanks for Caca Wrote these for me...

You are quite right. Execs only care about themselves and make all these poor excuses.
Workers work like dogs and are constantly facing an uphill battle to survive.
So sorry to hear this but I believe workers should share in the success of a company.
Hi Bloodyfool, (SmartChap)
first of all, I wonder who calls himself Bloodyfool, I really don't know waht can I say, when business is good, the Execs plan for the future reserve, no extra bonus!
When business is bad, they speak loud for pay cuts!!
Well, this world is never be fair.
Imagine, someone earns HKD$100,000 a day... but we dog earn just enough to buy a plate of Chu Cheung Fan in the morning, and a cup of Milk tea in the Afternoon...a a bowl of Char Siu Rice in Maxim at night!?
They never feel the same we are as they are living in another world.
However, I am proud of myself, at least I had some golden days, I know taste of Lafitte 82, and Margaux 1966...that is some what stupid comfort to me. And most of all, I am not nothing after I retire, as least I know Rolex more than he knows about his wife! haha... High EQ!?
And most of all, I feel very glad that you post me some comment.
I am guessing that I know you., or colleague!? haha. never mind. I am telling the Truth!!
Nothing more important that I have nothing to hide...
I just had a hi tea with two Watch Fever guys, I will publish another post about what the HK Middle class people should be!!
Hmm, till then my friend.
HK Snob
Hi Paul,
After read this post I wonder, is HK economic really low?
Is it hard to believe.
Every time I go to HK, there always jam pack with people shopping.
But I notice for the last few year, HK prices for luxury fashion goods is not always cheaper than other Asian country.
Is it because the high rent at shopping mall in tourist area? I heard that monthly rent in causeway bay reach HKD 1million/month.
Right now Malaysia is tax free for luxury goods, make it more attractive for shopping, and cost to go and stay in Kuala Lumpur is cheaper than HK.
But no mater what, I still love Hong Kong very much. I will coming back, at least once a year.
Best Regards,
Albert, Indonesia
Hi Albert,
yes, economy low as you can see the Hang Seng Index drops whilst most of the Asian Countries go high!
Even Nikken Index hit historical high last week in Japan.
There is a lot of influence because of China Xi's influence, The effect was enomourous. 1% of China Budget cut would mean an affected billion of sales in HK
The Rent of Rado Shop in Causeway bay hit the World Record of 1.68M per month in 2010. that is just a shop of 25square Metre, Imagine What kind of sales could cover just the rent. A Wanton noodle shop has to made 10,000 watons a day to pay for the rent before he can make his profit. The people in HK include 60% visitors from China, and some 15% from Malaysia, Indonesia, Sinagapre, Taiwan... Etc, the rest is the HK people who may be ignored in the past 5 years in luxuary shops. Now we will be at least been served by those Luxuary shops. Before, once we asked in Cantonese, the Saleslady would run away as HK people prone to negotiate on price and pay by card where Chinese never and pay in Cash!
I agree there are still a lot of atttractions in HK and there is still a good deals could be made in Watches, Clothes, milk powders and Cosmetics in HK as we sell Genuine goods. That is the key we still can survive. Besides, HK is a place for food and entertainment.
Sight seeing still one of the best in the regions.
I welcome you to come HK and Next time we should sit down and have some wine... not just going to buy Rolex.... OK!?
Paul
