香港的手錶維修十大騙局

 香港的手錶維修與復修行業絕大多數講求專業商譽，但市場上也存在少數不良商家或騙徒，利用消費者對名錶構造的不了解進行詐騙。以下為消費者委員會、電視台時事節目（如《東張西望》）以及警方案例中，常見的香港手錶修復與維修十大騙局手法：

🛑 1. 虛構「直送原廠」騙局這是近期最常見的手法之一。部分不良店舖在承接消費者的昂貴名錶後，宣稱會將手錶「直送瑞士原廠」或官方維修中心復修，並收取高昂的行政費與原廠零件費。然而，店舖實際上只是交由本地無牌山寨師傅粗糙處理，甚至造成二次損壞（如玻璃留有指紋、螺絲被暴力拆解），事後亦無法提供原廠維修單據.

🛑 2. 偷樑換柱（中途調換真零件）黑心店舖會在拆解名錶時，趁消費者不注意或將手錶留店過夜期間，將機芯內昂貴的原廠K金齒輪、寶石軸承或高價值零件偷換成劣質的仿冒品或二手零件。手錶外觀雖然修好，但內部核心價值的資產已被洗劫。

🛑 3. 先拆表後開價（強迫消費）黑心師傅接過手錶後，在未經消費者同意、未報價的情況下，二話不說立即用工具將手錶大卸八塊，把零件散落一地 . 此時才開出天價維修費。若消費者拒絕，對方會威脅「不幫忙組裝回去」或收取高昂的「裝嵌費/檢查費」，令顧客進退兩難。

🛑 4. 無病呻吟（小問題誇大成大修）手錶可能只是受磁、內部油乾了，或僅僅是電池沒電。黑心店舖會誇大傷情，宣稱「機芯嚴重磨損」、「齒輪斷裂」或「電路板燒毁」，將幾百港元的簡單消磁或換電，變成數千甚至上萬港元的大型翻新與換件工程。

🛑 5. 虛設「機關夾萬」假維修店挾錶逃這是涉及刑事罪行的極端騙局。騙徒會在尖沙咀等核心商業區精心佈置一間假冒的名錶維修服務中心。當顧客將名錶送修或假稱進行高價估值時，店員將手錶放入設有「前後雙門/後門」的特製保險箱內，同黨隨即從牆後暗門將名錶拿走並逃之夭夭。

🛑 6. 劣質外觀「打磨復修」古董錶或名錶的外殼磨損需要打磨拋光。不良商家會使用粗糙的非專業打磨機進行「暴力拋光」，導致手錶外殼的幾何線條變形、錶耳變薄、失去原廠的倒角（Beveling）層次，甚至磨平了防偽品牌標誌，令手錶在二手市場的轉售價值暴跌。

🛑 7. 假冒「官方授權」或「特約維修中心」部分店舖在招牌、網站或社交平台上蓄意使用與各大名牌（如 Rolex、Omega、Patek Philippe）極為相似的商標、字體和配色，並自稱「香港指定維修中心」。消費者誤以為是官方機構，實際上只是普通私營店舖，收費卻比照官方標準。

🛑 8. 巧立名目加收「零件進口費/加急費」在報價時故意含糊其辭，報出一個看似合理的基礎維修價。等到手錶被拆解後，店方才聯絡顧客，聲稱「該型號零件香港缺貨，必須從瑞士訂購，需額外加收海關進口稅、郵費或師傅加急費」，不斷追加預算。

🛑 9. 誆稱「防水失效」強推非必要昂貴膠圈只要手錶一開蓋，不論防水膠圈（Gasket）是否完好，店方一律宣稱「膠圈老化硬化，不換就會進水報廢」，隨後換上成本幾毫子的普通橡膠圈，卻向顧客收取數百至上千港元的「原廠高級防水復修費」。

🛑 10. 以假充真（用副廠/翻新件當全新原廠件）在更換損壞的零件（如錶冠、字盤、指紋、發條）時，店方收取了全新原廠零件的費用，私底下卻使用市面上的副廠（高仿）代用零件或從其他舊錶拆下來的翻新二手件。💡 防騙實用建議核實身份： 盡量親臨位於各大品牌官方網站列出的「官方售後服務中心」。切勿留錶： 若只是更換電池或消磁，要求店員即場處理，切勿將手錶留店過夜。白紙黑字： 維修前必須要求店方發出蓋印單據，清楚列明手錶型號、流水號（Serial Number）、損壞狀況、維修項目及最終總收費，並標明更換的是否原廠全新零件。

  Why do people link the laser-marked clasps to China?

The transition to laser-etched clasps in 2015 caused immense confusion in the watch community, giving birth to the China rumor for two reasons:

• The "Cheaper" Appearance Mistake: When the laser-etched clasps first appeared on genuine models, many collectors thought the flat, dark laser-etched text looked "cheaper" compared to the deeply stamped, textured "frosted" engravings of older Rolexes. Skeptics online immediately jumped to conclusions, claiming Rolex was cutting costs by outsourcing bracelet production to China. This was entirely false.

 The Rolex Service Centre in Manila (Makati) has not closed permanently. However, it now operates under the official name L'Atelier Service Center and is located on the 4th Floor of the Corinthian Plaza, 121 Paseo de Roxas.

• Lucerne Jewellers (Makati City): Located in Glorietta. Note: The Power Plant Mall branch is temporarily closed for renovation, reopening later in the year.

The left middle one is Yellow gold Ref 128248RBR which I bought for my friend BNIB with HK$495,000 four years ago, now there is available one the same selling from HK$700.000 to HK$900,000

The Green one is yellow gold Stellar Green Ref 1803, I think it is about HK$600,000 nowadays due to its rarity. 

Personally,  I like the Blue and Green, only if my pocket is deep enough.
