Rolex Submariner Two Tone Ref 16613 Patina Dial

Still a Lot of people is inclined to own a Stainless steel rather than two tone Submariner, I don't mind to have a two tone as that is more attractive in appearance rather than a tool watch made of plain steel Submariner.

This is an example of a Rolex Submariner Two Tone Submariner Ref 16613 with a Patina Dial which has been changed to "Purple" instead of Blue dial.

This is also the Collector' s preference "T25" dial.

It is almost a NOS (new old stock) watch with razor sharp edges.

Note that the last picture is the current production Submariner Ref 116613LB which I took at yesterday sat one of the HK Rolex AD shop.

Can you see the difference between them?

1. The older one is Ref 16613 with purple Dial and bezel.
2. The 16613 has a T-25 dial
3. 16613 has a Flat "4" bezel
4. The new Submariner Ref 116613 has a ceramic bezel

What do you think we should go?

Hi Hk Snob,
Just wondering if you could give me some help. I'm going to HK this Friday 27JAN.
I have always liked the Green Submariner with no date. Model 114060??
I'm happy to buy pre owned with no papers but only if the price is significantly cheaper than brand new. $5000- $7000HK cheaper. I know I might be dreaming. :)

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Flight spirit
14060 does not have green dial!
What watch actually are you looking for!?

Hi HK Snob,

Sorry I just repeated my question in your blog in another post, I posted this the other day and didn't think I submitted.
I'm looking for either a basic 114060. Or I believe the model is Rolex Submariner Green 50th Anniversary Ref. 16610LV.
I could be wrong, I just copied the details from an Australian pre owned dealer.

Thanks ,
Gordon.
