What does Leonardo DiCaprio wear in movie “The Wolf of Wall Street”?

The Wolf of Wall Street is an American black comedy film released on Christmas Day, 2013, directed by Martin Scorsese, based on Jordan Belfort's memoir of the same name. Leonardo DiCaprio as Belfort, a New York stockbroker who runs a firm that engages in securities fraud and corruption on Wall Street in the 1990s. It is historically significant as the first major film to be distributed entirely digitally.

The movie was yet to be shown in Hong Kong when I took picture at Yau Ma Tei MTR station last week, Leonardo worn a Rolex Like Watch? No, As confirm by friend mailed me, his watch is a Tag Heuer Quartz as shown below:

山東响馬看，心有不快，但不到二秒，老子山東土豪，怎能失禮於一港燦前面!

要硬上喇，從那德國飛機鋁拖喼內抽出差不多五时厚的港元一叠……全部一千元……光頭經理拿去數了差不十分鐘……九七折折實八十七萬七千元……

叫經理幫忙調較把錶錶戴上……MM問平頭可以嗎？

平頭連隨說: 好! 好!……

經理說……一流……名錶配美人…………

美人笑著的用秋波示意坐冷板的港燦比意見……

我說: “你接近完美，我接近麻痹!”

……我心想:

平頭喪盡理智討好你，佢可能只得個跟尾!

這正好形容我對勞力士新裝錶士舊裝錶的睇法。

  勞力士新錶價錢其實自二零一零十一月到今天都未嘗加過價!有很多人都問他幾時再加價。過往很多時候勞力士都會在農曆年前後都有價格的動作。

而作年九月出的GMT MasterII REF 116710BLNR藍黑圈。勞力士諚價$65,300,
而同一係列白绿針 ref 116710LN 仍是售$61,200。
我想勞力士會在2014年內買完綠針.、2015年中可能不再生產錄針。
住後GMT MASTER II, 諚價會鎖定在$65,300 這價位中。再加價作特別論。


DSSD
Deep Sea Sea Dweller ref 116660 這是世界一級專業潛水錶。價$82,500.供求也不多，今年仍然不會有新款面世。

潛水表
Ref116610LV 缘圈绿面基本上生產很少量。大概每個月一隻。價錢,$66,100 。間中有一些有貨九七折現金。
Ref116610LN 生產五年。我相信今年勞力士巴塞應該有新錶亮相。.可能會些少針和圈顏色改變。

42mm 錶型出表二年半。相信今年無變。價格會维持在 $60,500.

DATE JUST勞力士最暢銷的型号，亦會會繼續發展一些新款。

Ref 116520少數民族黑面亦是高，諚價$87,500 抄價$93,000 到了$95,000.白面$87,500 係是侯有新款今年出現了·。
我想新錶有新錶的玩柴……中古有其中古味氣.是圖是同事义燒譚在首爾機場買到GMT MASTER  II REF116710BLNR、用卡只需要HK$64,000. 已是-個合理價格。

Rolex has not been having any price adjustment since Nov 2011. Most of the time, Rolex will have it price adjustment around Chinese New Year.

This year up to now, still no news of the price changes :P

Rolex launched the new GMT Master II Ref 116710 BLNR Sept 2013, that carries a higher price of HKD$65,300 whereas it Green Pointer GMT Master II ref 116710LN stays at HKD$61,200.

I think Ref 116710LN will be discontinued by 2015 and the GMT master II ref 116710BLNR will be staying at the price HKD$65,300 if there will be no more price adjustment.

DSSP

Deep Sea Sea Dweller Ref 116660 still world No. 1 professional Diver watch.

Supply and demand is not as big, there will be no new facelift model in 2014.

Submariner

Ref 116610LV Hulk green bezel green dial is under limited production. About one piece per shop per month, price is HKD$66,100. You may get less 3% if you pay cash

Ref 116610LN has been in the market for almost 5 years, I believe that there will be another new model at BaselWorld 2014. May have some colour changes on Pointer and bezel, Will see… Ref 116610LN price stays at HKD$62,100 we may get less 10% with card. Or 12% with Cash!

Explorer II Ref 216570

The new enlarged 42mm watch comparing with ref 26570 has been in the market for 2.5 years, I believe they will stay unchanged in 2014, price stays at HKD$60,500

The best seller model., will come up more colour, combination of dial material and pattern in 2014

Daytona

Ref 116520, a minority black is still hottest model to get, List price is $87,500 no matter white or

Black dial. Price for black is $93,000 –$95,000, White is $87,500

I think it is bore to see the black one for too long , it is time for Rolex to launch a facelited model in 2014. A Chocolate colour trim on the dial!?

I think there is fun to have a new Rolex model, but cannot underestimate the fun to have a vintage Classic!

Colleague of mind Cha Siu Tam just Bought a brand new GMT Master II Black Blue at Seoul Air port at price of HKD$64,000 using card!

新年Rolex 888隨想

很快已是大年初一。同以住一樣，到處都是人潮。
除外出避年的幾十萬人，還有幾百人萬留港消費。

今天最多勞力士露面。最多是DATE JUST 
型号。因為年初一拜年最佳"晒勞"時機喇!

一早。用沙田柚葉洗過澡，喝了一碗花膠，打算出外面跑跑。帶什表好?想了一輪。帶隻豪爵萬年曆好了。貪它夠大隻，四兩金!。

還記得看過六十年代粤話語片, 好似係"兩儍走天涯"，新馬仔講過，"有食無食;全靠滴滴!"


想當年一隻手錶好鬼重要，時至今日，男士手上那隻錶亦顯重要。


以往打工仔出左年尾花紅，好多時買錶以娛己，自從二零七年我每年都買勞力士，最多一年買過五隻。

自一零年公司生意下滑，正一黃小二過年，花紅一年少X過一年。我己兩年無買勞力士了。每以見到阿Paul D好嘢，只有拿出口水堅!

我安慰自己，每年交税一年少過一年!


哈! 講起交税，如果人家問你幾時交税，我就吾會話比人知。
我老板都係一月一号交的。通常年薪一千萬都係一号交喎。二号到三号都係一百萬到五百萬果堆人囉! 即越遲收入越少!

I used to appreciate the advertisement, as I think that is a kind of Art, original idea and creation is the key. As well the technical achievement could attract some of us when you passing by in airport, as a matter of fact, who is not running to the customs and immigration whenever you landed, how could you stop and look at that like that is a Mona Lisa at Louvre Museum.

Every week I fly via HKIA and I have seen many pretty Advertisements.

I believe they have million dollar investment on the propaganda campaigns.

From these few years watching these ads. I have noticed that these are the new emerging brands

Roger Dubuis, Blancpain, Breguet, Hulblot, Zenith and Nardin…

Of course Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Rado, Tissot, JRC, Piaget, Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin is everywhere.

I like these new Blancpain watch Ads, look at them.
