There have been a recent price adjustment again for the third time since Nov 2010 on 18 April 2011. Rolex has increased 4% of their watch and 8% on Tudor series.
So. All the price of the watches has to be revised again. There are a lot of enquiry on the latest price of Rolex to me and All I can tell is the price of Today, as far as I know, you may not get any discount for those hot model such as the GMT Master II and Submariner.
Discount goes to those Date Just, or Date Day series…

As some of the Shops has a few branches, there are totally 74 shops in Hong Kong selling Rolex Watch, the watch are guaranteed genuine watches from Rolex.
As for the price, it varies a bit from one to other shop. If you are Walk-in, Max 5% discount, but for loyal customer and VIP, they will offer discount 8%-13%. But for certain HOT items, that may have no discount, like Daytona Stainless steel Submariner Green Bezel and Dial Ref 116610LV, the price is still HKD$66,100 (list Price)

Say for example, a Daytona Black is about HKD$98,000 at Rolex AD, and they are selling about HKD$2,000 cheaper.

Every Rolex AD has the same watches and Discount by right, so there is no difference in which one you should visit first, but go to a Larger Shop and having good service may be better as you may find other model which is better for your budget and meet the purpose as a gift. Try the one in Holiday In Golden Mile in TST and Wah Hing in Mong Kok...

A mens watch with date or not? with Leather strap of Steel strap or not. As a Oyster strap costs about HKD$2,000 if in good shape.
The Cheapest Air King with Leather well, may be able to get at about HKD$12K of course. And a Watch with HKD$11K is possible, but I can not recall where.
I saw a Date just with Leather strap, Blue dial, with Original Rolex case, Rolex Dial and Rolex Crown but with ETA movement at HKD%6k... But that is a dealer watch not from shop. Only if you are interested in. Or you come to HK to find for it yourself, I can refer you the list of shops.
